This innovative "Personal Trainer" in digital form provides visual and audible feedback in a compact affordable format.
"timeBOSS" illuminates 3 high intensity LED's according to the time during the round and allows you to train yourself to pace and then when to PUSH!
"timeBOSS" personal training assistant does all this by providing flexible setup for Round Time, Rest time and Number of rounds.
PRE-SETS. The timer contains a number of handy pre-sets for common workout/training scenarios such as 2 x 1.5m rounds with 30s rest (interclub competition) 3 x 3 rounds 1m rest (Golden Gloves) 5 x 3 rounds 1m rest etc.
